Cost: $30 per student for THEA members. $45 per student for non-members.

Membership will be verified when registration is received.

Register each student separately even if they are siblings.

Optional:

• Robe (no charge, THEA keeps),

• Cords ($8, graduate keeps)

• Cap & tassel ($10, graduate keeps)

If your graduate is not wearing a robe, please ensure their attire is church-appropriate. No immodest shorts, skirts, dresses or clothing with holes, rips or tears, please.

Graduate Presentations: 

If your graduate would like to give a reading, offer a prayer, give a speech, perform music or something similar, we welcome that! Presentations should be kept to 3-5 minutes. 

​

Diploma Presentation:

Graduates are presented their diplomas by their parents. If the parents would like to give a short message to their student, we welcome that! The message should be 3-5 minutes total even if both parents are speaking.

​

We recommend HSLDA for your diplomas. They are both reasonable and beautiful.

​

Slideshow Presentation:

A favorite part of graduation is the slideshow presentation created by THEA volunteers. It features 6 growing up photos and the senior picture of each grad, their favorite verse and future plans. Once you've registered for graduation and paid the fee, you will be sent the link to upload the photos.

​

Rehearsal:

​Rehearsal will be May 22nd at 10am at Grace. Grad and 1 parent must attend. *Please note the date/time change due to church and EmCee availability.*

​

Graduation Day:

Grads and their parents need to arrive between 6 and 6:30pm. Seats will be reserved in the front rows for grads and their parents. Siblings and extended family sit elsewhere.

 

You are welcome to invite friends and family to attend. Doors open at 6:30pm. The ceremony starts promptly at 7pm.

 

We do film the service and that recording will be sent to you after graduation.

 

After the ceremony, there will be about 30 minutes allowed for pictures and visiting.

 

Before leaving, be sure to turn in your grad's robe to a THEA volunteer.

Registration will close April 1. Pictures, verse, etc are due by April 18.
