Club/Class Description

Ages 8+ January 30 - March 27 No class on February 13. Come join Adam for a fun, interactive science class! Each class will feature a different hands-on activity including meterology, geology, states of matter, chemical reactions, life science, magnets and electricity. A parent volunteer is needed at each class. Volunteer schedule will be made before class starts. Each volunteer is expected to volunteer at least once. Supplies from home may be needed and will be announced weekly such as: Scissors, Paper, Markers, Paper plates, Elmers glue, Construction paper, Plastic Cups. Student may be dropped off if parent is reachable via phone during class time and if parent picks up promptly at 2:30pm. Parents and siblings are welcome to "hang out" and visit during class.

Cancellation Policy

Students under 10-years-old must have a parent/adult caregiver on-site during class. Students 10-years-old and older, if dropped off, must be picked up promptly after class and parent must be able to be contacted during class. Parents and siblings are welcome to hang-out during class and there will be a Moms-and-Tots area, a Lego/games area, a moms area and potentially a study hall area. All fees are paid directly to the teacher according to their terms. THEA does not collect any money. All parents -- whether staying or dropping off -- must sign a waiver which will be emailed to them before Sept 13. Any cancellations or refunds or waitlists are handled with the teacher.
