THEA Volunteering at the Bismarck Marathon

It's a long-standing THEA tradition to volunteer at the Bismarck Marathon. It's a fun community event plus we earn money for THEA! This year, we will be stationed at 2 different water stops!

Both water stops are south of the Expressway. Exact location will be sent to those signed up along with additional instructions.

Volunteers need to be 10 years old*. Volunteers who are at least 13-years-old may be dropped off, but those 10-12 need to have an adult volunteer with them. Families are invited to volunteer together!

Start time is 7:30. Please be to your water stop by 7:25am. End time is roughly 9:30am. You may be "let go" as early as 8:45am.

We can have as many as 10 volunteers at each of the two water stops.
